Like our ancestors did before us, our farms use no harsh chemicals or pesticides, just Love, hard work and compassion for the craft. 

We bless the ground before we prepare it for seed. We bless the seed as we prepare it for sowing. We bless the water and organic nutrients before feeding the plants. We bless the plants before we harvest. We bless the leaves during the fermentation and aging process.  

Throughout the entire process, we invoke the aid of the Great Creator to bless us, so we may pass that blessing on to you.
